Searching for Your Holiday Home

To find a Holiday Home For Rent, Simply click on

If you put a figure in the 'Max £' box, then you will only see properties that are for rent at the same or less than the figure you type in.

You may see properties for rent at a higher rate than you asked for. This is because the actual rental price varies at different times of the year.

To find a Holiday Home For Sale, just click on

after selecting as many, or as few options that you want.

If you fill in the 'Max £' box, then the list will show you properties For Sale at less then the price you give, plus 10%. Why 10% ? We 'up the ante' for you, because it'd be a shame for you to miss out on an ideal property that costs just a little bit more than you originally wanted to spend !

When you click on Your Property (or Your Properties) you will see a brief summary your listing(s).
Beneath each property you will see the hit-counter and enquiry-counter.

The hit-counter tells you how many times your property brochure has been looked at.

The enquiry-counter will only record how many enquiries you have received through our on-line form. Obviously we can't record how many enquiries you get by phone or direct email.

What does *** suspended from search listings *** mean ?

If you see this message beneath one of your properties, it just means that you have not un-ticked the 'Suspend Listing' box.

When you add a new property, the box is automatically ticked, to give you time to upload your pictures and fill in descriptions before putting your property into the main listings.

It may be useful for you to suspend a listing sometimes, e.g. if you are fully booked and do not want any more enquiries for a while.
